Pheasant Hill Syrah 2012

Co-fermented with Viognier, and thus fashioned after a Côte Rôtie from the Rhône region of France. This wine has an elegance that comes from the marriage of rich Syrah and floral Viognier.
Aromas of blackberry, exotic spices, and tropical fruits, also of white pepper, black pepper, and green pepper. In the mouth, a medium-full-bodied wine with defined flavors, a great balance of acidity, fruit sweetness, and tannin.
Built to last for years. Let a bottle sit in your cellar for 5-10 years. You can thank me later.
