Another distinctive wine from some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in the state. Bright yet savory aromas reminiscent of lemon verbena jump out of the glass. The palate is classic Unionville with flavors of lime zest and orange oil balanced by subtle salinity, rounded wood notes, and plenty of fresh acidity. Enjoy with sautéed summer vegetables with herby tahini sauce or grilled romaine hearts with fresh caesar dressing. 88 cases produced. 91 points, James Suckling. abv 13%
