A blend of chardonnay from three of our vineyard sites. Notes of acacia flower and crushed pineapple support a bright fruity entry reminiscent of crisp Fuji apples. Citrus-y, tangerine acidity is leveled out by a rounder and textured mouthfeel, reflecting the warm and dry vintage. Delicious and quaffable, this medium-bodied Chardonnay pairs beautifully with grilled swordfish, coconut shrimp, or chicken francese.
