Library Tasting

October 2nd and 3rd
Enjoy a delicious taste of history as General Manager and sommelier John Cifelli opens eight liquid time capsules from the last decade- back vintages of Unionville Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and our Bordeaux blend, The Big O. Learn the history of the vintages and our estate vineyards as we explore the subtleties of Unionville Vineyards and its wines.

Afterwards, guests will enjoy a glass of wine from the library selections and a cheese board for two or a sandwich for each person prepared by The Blawenburg Bistro.

$70 per person, $60 for STAMPED and Fine Vine Club members. Lunch and a glass of wine following the tasting is included. You will be contacted after reserving for your lunch preference. Tastings will be on the patio, outside. Tastings are at 1130, 115, or 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Each tasting appointment is limited to eight guests total, ensuring an engaging, conversational tasting experience.
