2024 Hunterdon Mistral Rose

If you could taste wildflowers, they would be in this glass. Macerated pomegranate seeds, ripe strawberry, tangerine and orange candy. Ripping right through the middle of it all is a mean line of mouthwatering acidity. I hate to repeat a tasting note but lime oil is my impression. This isn’t your typical patio pounder, this is a serious rosé calling out for food. 
Skewer some shrimp and summer veggies, toss on the barbie and pour a glass or bottle of this!
