Aromas of rose petal, cherry pie, and teaberry gum rise immediately from the glass, giving the wine a nostalgic, almost confectionery warmth. On the palate, strawberry-rhubarb compote and hints of dried basil play against a background of potpourri and subtle baking spice, like walking into a bakery. Our completely stainless steel Cab Franc is incredibly vintage dependent with 2024 making a clear name for itself as a historic vintage in Unionville history.
