On the nose you'll find a heavy floral, almost savory aroma like marigold or dandelion, while the racy and refreshing palate features lemon-lime and green apple. A green jolly rancher finish braces against this sparkler with great structure and texture. Enjoy with a whipped ricotta vegetable lasagna, or oysters on the half. 13% abv.
