Our first-ever Sauvignon Blanc is a melange of tropical fruit- pineapple, passion fruit, and melon. Do you know how some Sauvignon Blanc can be so acidic it rips the enamel off your teeth? This isn’t that. The acid plays nicely with the fruit. Half of the lot was steel aged, and the other half in barrel, giving additional texture. Fruit, acid, structure, texture, all leading to perfect balance.
