100% Picpoul Blanc, a high-acid zippy white wine. Typically a blending component in our Hunterdon Mistral Blanc, we were able to produce only 20 cases of this citrus-forward white from the beautifully hot & dry 2024 vintage. Growing right across the road at our Amwell Ridge Vineyard.
