2025 Hunterdon Mistral Rose

Made from three separate ferment batches, Syrah, Counoise, and a kiss of Mourvédre combine to make this summer sipper. The nose and palate both show delicate herbaceousness of thyme and lemongrass. Aromas of honeysuckle and cherries prepare the palate for watermelon jolly ranchers and orange oil, enveloped by a mouthwatering acidity and a long finish.
