Harvest Dinner 2026

Join us for an evening celebrating the flavors of the season at our Harvest Dinner, returning to Unionville on October 17th at 6PM, with food prepared by Chef Dan Brunina, former Executive Chef of the Ryland Inn and Sergeantsville Inn.

Tickets are $175 for non-club guests, $160 for club members. Club members will receive a discount code sent to their email shortly.

Menu:

Course 1- Beets, Hazelnut Pesto, Arugula, paired with our 2025 Hunterdon Mistral Rose

Course 2- Baked Brie purse- Roasted Fig and Cherry compote, Honey and thyme, paired with our 2024 Marsanne/Roussanne Reserve

Course 3- Lightly Smoked Salmon- Sunchoke Puree, caramelized leeks, paired with our 2024 Pheasant Hill Vineyards Chardonnay

Course 4- Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb- Tomato Provencal, Eggplant, Grilled Shiitake, Roasted Garlic Chimichurri, paired with our 2013 Pheasant Hill Vineyard Syrah

Course 5- Poached Pear Frangipane Tart- Amaretto Chantilly, paired with our 2016 Cool Foxy Lady
