As usual, there is so much going on in our peerless Port that writing one impression of it is sure to leave out many of the wonderful aromas and flavors that make this such a remarkable wine. As is our annual tradition with the Vat Series, this iteration features wines aged as long as fifteen years. New marries old to build layers and layers of flavor. A terrific end of the night partner to hard cheeses like Mimolette, or Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies. For extreme decadence, smear gorgonzola dolce on a tear of panettone bread and sip Vat 29 alongside! 133 cases produced.
